PrimeSuite is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal contact information (like name or email) to use the core features of the app.

  • Device Information: We may collect technical data about your device, such as model, OS version, and hardware specifications, solely for the purpose of the "Device Info" functionality within the app.
  • Usage Data: We may collect anonymous diagnostic data to improve app performance and stability.

2. Third-Party Services

We use third-party tools to monetize and improve our services:

2.1 Google AdMob & UMP

  • Our app displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
  • For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, we use Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to obtain and manage consent for personalized advertising.
  • Personalized Ads: Based on your consent, Google may use advertising identifiers to serve ads tailored to your interests.

3. Data Safety & Permissions

The app requests permissions for specific features:

  • Storage/Media: To save and load photos in the Image Studio.
  • Camera: To use the Document Scanner and QR Generator.
  • Location: To provide network information (only when actively used).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Your privacy and control over your data are important to us.

4.1 Data Retention

  • Local Data: Most information processed by PrimeSuite (such as unit conversion history, scanned documents, and edited images) is stored locally on your device. We do not maintain copies of this data on our servers. This data remains on your device until you manually delete it or uninstall the application.
  • Third-Party Data: Anonymous diagnostic and advertising data collected by third-party services (like Google AdMob) is retained according to their respective privacy policies.

4.2 Data Deletion

  • In-App Deletion: You can delete locally stored data at any time through the app's settings or by clearing the app's cache and storage in your device settings.
  • Requesting Deletion: Since we do not collect personal identifiers or maintain user accounts on our servers, there is typically no user-specific data for us to delete manually. However, if you believe we have inadvertently collected any personal information, you may contact us at support@moshitech.me to request its permanent deletion.
  • Uninstalling: Uninstalling PrimeSuite will remove all locally stored data from your device.

5. Children's Privacy

PrimeSuite does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
